Q: Hi,
I really need help!! I have terrible feet and I have been using a theraband to the point where my ankles actually hurt and I am only improving a tiny bit. what else can I do to strengthen my feet?????

Q: Hi(: my arabesque is over 90 degrees, and my grand jete is a straight line. I'm pretty flexible I just cant do a split! my teacher is soo mad. i practice everyyy day? helppp mee!
